COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN AND DRAFTING DEVELOPMENT
Detailed 2D and 3D cadd drawings can be developed for estimating through to shop drawings for approval for fabrication.
E2I can provide job costing for design development, fabrication and installation. In addition, E2I can review design concepts and develop the most sound, economical and sustainable options.
E2I offers a wide range of fabrication services, including MIG and TIG welding capabilities for steel, aluminum and stainless steel, plate bending, plate and structural steel rolling capabilities, saw cutting, forging, steel texturing with a power hammer, and plate graining/finishing up to 24" wide.
COMPUTERIZED PLASMA CUTTING
By linking state-of-the-art computer technology with recent advances in plasma arc cutting technology, E2i is able to cut sophisticated two-dimensional images requiring intricate detail in ferrous and non-ferrous metals (i.e., steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper) up to 1" in thickness. E2i’s ability to quickly and efficiently process and cut shapes, which can be scanned, digitized, imported, and graphically manipulated, allows us to provide a one-of-a-kind service.
LASER CUTTING, MARKING & ENGRAVING
E2i offers laser cutting for plastics, acrylics, and wood. Laser marking can be applied to steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, or any material with a painted, powder coated, or anodized finish. Laser engraving can be completed on materials such as wood, glass, plastics, acrylics, tile, and stone.
VINYL CUTTING & APPLICATION
E2I offers vinyl cutting, weeding, masking, and application onto most surfaces. E2I also cuts vinyl for sandblasting and painting masks.
Competent and safe installations and field welding can be provided as well.
